Get a "Real-Time" demonstration of a NeedMyDoctor Messaging Portal or contact a NeedMyDoctor Sales Manager to walk you through the demonstration.

Your patient goes online to your website and clicks a link
to the NeedMyDoctor message selection screen.
The patient then selects a message type:
Appointment, Billing, Prescription Refill
Patient completes your custom form
avoiding second calls to obtain missing info.
Patient submits a message and
receives with callback expectation.
The message is routed to appropiate staff member:
Nurse, Scheduler, Biller, Doctor, Other Staff
Messages are delivered via your method(s) of choice:
Text, Page, Fax, or Email
The patient receives a phone call from
the office when is it convient for the staff.
