Links to other Web sites may be provided as a way of providing enhanced services beyond those provided by NeedMyDoctor®. An example of these links would be links to your physician, hospital or other Web sites. In these cases, a message will alert you to the fact that you are leaving the NeedMyDoctor® site.

NeedMyDoctor® is not responsible for the privacy practices of linked Web sites. Please consult the privacy statement of the linked site to determine the personal information they may collect about you or how they use that information. NeedMyDoctor® will not provide any personal information to these linked sites.

If we receive a subpoena or similar legal process demanding release of any information about you, we will generally attempt to notify you (unless we believe we are prohibited from doing so). About navigation and click stream data
Many of the pages on the NeedMyDoctor® Web site are dynamically generated. This means that the page is generated based on the user's prior selection within the site. Because of this dynamic generation of pages, NeedMyDoctor® tracks how users access pages in order to provide appropriate content and navigation.

What we do with online surveys
NeedMyDoctor® may use online surveys to gather site experiences and satisfaction comments from NeedMyDoctor® users. These online surveys will not collect individually identifiable information. NeedMyDoctor® will attempt to reach you by email for specific purposes such as to follow up with satisfaction surveys, to notify you of a new NeedMyDoctor® service or to contact you in the case of a medical issue (e.g., your physician requests we contact you).
